Use filters to find shipments

When the sheer volume of containers on the platform gets out of hand, zoom in on the shipments that you need. Use filters to search containers by trade lane, ETAs, and more! Works just like an Excel filter. 



Available filters

The following filters are available across all users and orgs.

  • Container No;
  • Bill of Lading or Booking Number: can be used interchangeably;
  • Carrier SCAC or Name: can be used interchangeably;
  • Vessel Name or IMO: can be used interchangeably;
  • Journey > by POL port name or UN/LOCODE: can be used interchangeably;
  • Journey > by TS port name or UN/LOCODE: can be used interchangeably;
  • Journey > by POD port name or UN/LOCODE: can be used interchangeably;
  • Predicted / Actual Arrival > Predicted Arrival - date range selection for the dates in the future;
  • Predicted / Actual Arrival > Actual Arrival - date range selection for the dates in the past;
  • Status / Incidents > Incidents: covers the following delay incidents - Anchorage Stay, Non-Optimal Route, Port Stay. Learn more about Delay Incidents;
  • Latest Event; 
  • Status / Incidents > Arrival Status: covers the following statuses - Early, On Time, Late, Arrived;
  • Added On: data range selection.


The following filters are available when the user uploads additional data to Portcast. Learn more about Augmented Data Fields. 

  • Booking Info > PO Number
  • Booking Info > Booking Number
  • Booking Info > Internal Reference
  • Booking Info > TMS Reference
  • Product Info > Contents
  • Product Info > Importer
  • Product Info > Supplier
  • Product Info > Consignee



The following filters are only available when using a Master Org. Learn more about Master and Secondary Orgs. 

  • Org Name
