Rail Events

We have recently incorporated Rail Events into our API as of March 2023! 


If containers being tracked are carrier haulage, where reported by carriers, we will share these details in the API response for particular carriers. 


Which carriers can I expect to see rail events from?


We currently display rail events from 27 carriers, listed below:

How will the rail events be presented in the API?

Within the API response, 2 key fields will be communicated:

  1. event_raw - this will be the rail event as per the carrier 
  2. mode_of_transport - this will describe whether it's via rail or not
