How to update language settings

As a global company with customers and partners across the globe, it’s important for us that our platform is user-friendly, transcends across cultures, and facilitates collaboration across all teams. With that, we have made our webapp available in additional languages - Spanish, French, Japanese, and Chinese (Simplified & Traditional)! 


To change your language preferences, see the following steps:


1. At the bottom left-hand corner of the portal, click the View Profile icon 



2. At the top right-hand corner next to the left of your User Name, you will see the Language button, click it to unveil a drop-down of languages to select from:


Once selected, your view will update to reflect the Portcast web platform in the selected language. If you see any terms that could use an update, feel free to send your detailed suggestion to support@portcast.io


In addition to the above, on our no-login individual container tracking pages, you can also find the Language button at the top right-hand corner of the page. This means even for non-user stakeholders who you may be sharing the page to such as suppliers or customers, they will have the option to view container tracking details in their preferred language as well.
