Help Center is now accessible via the web app. Click on the Help Center (Question Mark icon at the bottom left corner of your screen). You'll see the following options
- Knowledge Base: Have a question about the platform or a container tracking transaction?
- Report an Issue: Have an issue that you would like to report?
- Change Log: Would like to see what's new happening on the platform?
